Carolee Beck is a musician who is blurring the lines of genres. She studied at Utah State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in music. During her time at USU, she studied jazz and performed with different groups in that genre. This experience, combined with singing in a rock band called The Gatherers, really influenced her development as a songwriter. She has worked in studios as a recording vocalist and has collaborated and written with many different artists and bands.

In 2020, Carolee started releasing singles as a solo artist. She is currently working on an album that will be released later this year. Her unique vocals, smooth harmonies, and fun synth/piano sounds have pulled in many new listeners over the past year. Her music can't be placed in just one category, and that is what makes it so great. Her sound is a blend between indie rock and synth-pop.
